A specific recurring problem, a planned move or expansion, an audit requirement, or just a general sense that nobody knows how it all fits together.
What exists already?
Any current monitoring, documentation, or backup arrangement — including "none", which is a perfectly common answer.
Timeframe
Whether this is urgent, planned for a particular date, or exploratory at this stage.
What happens next
